The OKC Sandlot 10U team played their first fall tournament this weekend in the Fall Kick-Off tournament in Edmond, OK.  This group of young men started the weekend off strong, finishing 9-3 in the first game.  The second game brought defeat by losing 1-2.  The boys overcame the loss and went strong in the bracket, taking the 3rd seed.  Beating the 6th seed in game 1 of brackets the boys advanced strong into the second bracket game defeating the 2nd seed 8-4!  Making their way to the ‘ship the boys fought and battled hard, taking down the #1 seed team.  The game was a nail biter for sure, but with strong foundamentals the 10U boys earned their ring-taking the game 6-5.

Congratulations on your very first tournament win 10U!  These boys are bringing the fire and are ready!  Hard work pays off–keep it up boys!
