Introductory Level Labs: Infield and Outfield Drills.  For ages 4-6.  Introducing players to basic fielding mechanics and throwing skills. 

Beginner Level Labs: Infield, Outfield, Pitching, and Baserunning Drills.  Establishing proper posture, footwork, and hands to make routine plays.  Developing concepts of backhand and forehand plays, proper throwing mechanics

Intermediate Level Labs: Infield, Outfield, Pitching, and Baserunning Drills.  Building on the ideas of the beginner level with expansion of throwing angles plays coming in, picking your hop, introduction to double play footwork, and increasing the speed of the game.

Advanced Level Labs: Infield, Outfield, Pitching, and Baserunning Drills.  More emphasis on speed of the game, double play footwork, balance plays, and expanding range.

NOTE: Players will be assigned to specific levels based on past OKC Sandlot Labs, Age, and Experience.
